Happy Holidays, Katy! Wishing you and your family a wonderful weekend filled with love and joy.
I have appreciated you and your blog for the last 3 years since I ‘discovered’ you. Thank you for creating such a nice circle of virtual friends who care to be non-consumers for their own sake and for the sake of our planet. xx

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you and yours! It’s 6.30pm on Christmas day here in New Zealand and we are happy, full of dinner and extremely relaxed now!

And back atcha and to my fellow readers.

Sidenote: it’s nice to see someone who not only want to honor the Jewish holiday but also understands the Hanukah traditions. So many of my Jewish friends are (gently) laughing at hotels and cities that have fully lit menorahs several days before the holiday begins.

Happy Hanukkah and Merry Christmas, everyone!! Our holidays were spendier than I’d like, but we cut this year’s costs in half compared to last year, so that’s a frugal win!
