Dance On Over To Hulu.com

I have made a recent discovery of a website called hulu.com. This sight has thousands of TV shows, clips and full length movies which you can watch for free! They can be watched full-screen-style, and the resolution is actually not bad.

Yes, there are ads, but they are pretty non-invasive and ignorable.

This is my favorite new addiction. And it got me through the endless, could-hardly-leave-the-house snow storm last week.

And when you watch hulu movies on your computer, there's no manufacturing, no shipping, no packaging and yeah, no money.

It's like on-demand cable for the Non-Consumer set.

You're welcome.

  1. Unfortunately, as we found out after reading another blog talking about Hulu, it is only available in the U.S.

  2. It makes me wonder what the future is for cable. I found another site, via my niece, that lets you watch a ton of shows, too. I found all the little rascals episodes! So, what's the future for big screen TVs? The dump? Hopefully we can plug our internet connections into the TV and then watch our fav shows/movies on the TV instead of a 15 inch computer screen. I'm sure someone, somewhere is working on that.

    Amazing!

  3. I'm with Jan! I'm sure someone somewhere is working on the technology....
Katy- be safe! I live in Richmond VA and would love to have a little bit of snow----

  4. Banana,

This is from the Hulu website:

"Hulu is free and legal through an advertising supported model.
Videos are available for unlimited streaming; watch favorite shows and clips over and over, for free
Videos contain fewer ads than on TV. Advertisements appear during normal commercial breaks
Hulu acquires the rights to distribute its videos, making them available to users legally."

    Legal.
