Katy!!! We did it!!
I was there yesterday and the National Labor Relations Bureau, on the 19th floor of the ODS building downtown. Who knew there was such a thing ??? 117 people out of 202 mailed in their ballots and it was something like 94 to 17 in favor of representation. It was secret ballots, but I got to hear the names of the people who voted and I want to thank you, VERY MUCH, for taking the time and trouble of getting a second ballot! You rock! I am so excited. We now have a chance to bargain for what we want. There will be a survey coming out in the near future. Dream BIG Katy. Think of the things that would make our job better and more secure.
