And The Award For Most Clever Use of a Small Space Goes to . . .

This video of a Barcelona apartment is just about the most clever thing I’ve ever seen.

Watch it. Study it. Love it. Ignore the 100 steps. Watch it again.

It’s that cool!

That is SO cool and inspiring. I love how he says it is like a nest. Makes me wonder what I can do to make use of my small studio; some great ideas!

I love how he says the apartment provides a lot of exercise. I’m sure the 100 stairs help too!

Awesome! It’s a little “cold” for me – I don’t care for the minimalist concrete approach – but I certainly love his use of the space.

I love this idea. The space could probably be warmed up a lot with different paints and fabrics/textures. Amazing use of space. I am a contractor/decorator and am inspired to uses some of his ideas in my house at the beach. Thank you so much for sharing this.

I love muti-function spaces and furniture. The aesthetic might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but that can easily be transformed with a change of material and color. I think that is a difficult thing for folks to realize that it isn’t a question of getting more stuff, but having your stuff do more for you.

Good example. I’d love to get/make one of these for the home office/ guest room.
