I love that show “The Devil Wears Prada” ! I quoted her just this morning to my 11 year old son “that is all”! It just sums everything up so nicely and doesn’t leave any room for debate! I LOVE IT!. ….. So I just started reading your blog a few days ago and I am loving it! I am so glad to know that there are people out there like myself! I don’t feel alone in this world after reading some of your posts. I love to air dry my laundry too but am not allowed to have it hanging out side because of neighborhood ordinances -boo! But i haven’t let that stop me. I simply hang my clothes on hangers and then put the hangers on my shower rod or elsewhere around my house to dry (I get creative). It puts moisture in the air which is nice because I live in Idaho where it is soooo dry. It does make things easier too when I put the laundry away because they are already on hangers so I just hang them in closets or if I do fold them they fold so nicely because they are a little more stiff than normal laundry so I don’t mind! I must admit though that I am jealous of your clothes line hanging in the sunny breeze. I guess that is where the “make it do” in the “Use it up – wear it out -make it do -or do with out” fits in -right? Keep up the good work Katy – I am grateful to have a new frugal friend:)
Tonight I’m sleeping between sheets that were line dried this afternoon. I can hardly wait for bedtime. The smell of fresh air in the line dried bedding takes me back to my childhood.

Happy you’re enjoying the blog!
Katy
yes, beautiful!

Such a beautiful picture this is – both visually and environmentally pleasing. It’s the little things like this that mean so much! 🙂
I like to look for beauty in the everyday things. Lovely photo.
Thank you. If you wait to see beauty in official sources, (The Louvre, the ocean, etc.) you’ll live a aesthetically stark life.
