One thing I try to use but lots of times forget–“Want! what you already have!” So often, we get things then forget why we thought we just had to have them to begin with. If you take the time to buy things that you truly need or love–then step back and enjoy them instead of coveting more, you will be a lot more content. Less clutter and lots less “stuff envy”! Still practicing but on the road to getting there.
